1. General By accessing and placing an order with Sugared Mango Soaps, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Sugared Mango Soaps.

2. Products All products are handmade in small batches. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and scent may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery We ship within the United States. Processing times are 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of handmade personal care products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

6. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page. It is your responsibility to review ingredients before purchasing. Sugared Mango Soaps is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
