These cherry pit warmers can be used hot or cold.  Treat yourself to soothing your aches and pains or even warm up the bed on a cold winter night!

For heat Microwave 2 minutes 20 seconds.  Item will stay warm for 30-40 minutes.

For Cold Refrigerate 3 hours for cold therapy.
